ENTITLED ASSEMBLAGE SOLD 2021
CityPartners 5914, LLC assembled, entitled and then sold an 89,000 square feet site at the Congress Heights Metro station in Washington, DC. The project was designed and awarded a PUD to bring 236,000 square feet of Class A office space, 208 residential units and nearly 17,000 square feet of neighborhood serving retail to Congress Heights.
