CityPartners developed, owns and is a managing member of 555 E Street, SW, a unique and award-winning mixed-age, mixed-income, LEED Gold apartment building. 555 E was developed in tandem with DC’s first citizenM hotel and the two properties share the building envelope along with 10,000 square feet of neighborhood serving retail. 555 E is a luxurious 194-unit apartment building that seamlessly blends market rate units with deeply affordable units for seniors 62-years and older earning 50% of the DC Area Median Income, and 30% AMI. 555 E was designed for a diverse population ranging from young professionals to older adults. Living in a multi-generational environment, where all amenity spaces are shared by all residents, creates a unique sense of vibrancy and connection among residents.
